Following a Beatport chart topping run on MADMINDS, the Las Vegas producer keeps the electro house revival moving.

LAS VEGAS, NV — Modapit releases “DANCE” on November 25, 2026 via Obsess, the label he founded and runs. The track arrives on the heels of the biggest year of his career so far.
Earlier this year, his single “On Fiyah” landed on Layton Giordani’s MADMINDS imprint, climbing to #1 on Beatport’s Electro chart and #4 on the Mainstage chart. It quickly found its way into sets from Max Styler, Massano, Benny Benassi, Odd Mob, Armin van Buuren, and Giordani himself.
He hasn’t slowed down since. Modapit has been teasing “Technophobic,” a collaboration with Westend, and recently hinted at something with Hills in the comments of an Instagram post. Then came the latest clue: a repost of Giordani rinsing an unreleased Gypsy Woman ID, captioned with nothing but a pair of eyes and a finger to the lips.
“DANCE” is the next piece of that picture. It leans harder into his electro house instincts than anything he has released so far. The big single saw synth that carried “On Fiyah” is back, this time sitting against sampled bass guitar and disco stabs, with an acid line building underneath and vogue style vocals riding over the top. It plays like every Modapit signature landing in the same track.
“I’ve just been feeling extremely unapologetic about being myself when writing music lately. Especially when I’m thinking about releasing songs on my own label. I don’t really have to answer to anybody creatively. I can release what’s purely my creativity. Just purely influenced by what I listen to and what I consume, while wanting people to just dance.”

Okay, can we talk about Modapit for a second? “On Fiyah” dropped on Layton Giordani’s MADMINDS and suddenly everyone is playing it. Max Styler, Massano, Malaa, Benny Benassi, Odd Mob, Westend, Layton, even Armin van Buuren. He just dropped a banger with Westend of Trace Amounts called “Technophobic,” he’s dropping hints about something with Hills in his IG comments, and he reposted Layton rinsing a mystery Gypsy Woman ID with the eyes and the shh. No context. And in the middle of all of it he’s dropping “DANCE” on his own label, Obsess, which might be the most Modapit thing he’s put out yet. Feels like Modapit is right in the middle of electro house making a huge comeback. We know this guy is no stranger to mystery, and when he decides to pull the trigger, it’ll be something really special for us. Keeping a very close eye on whatever comes next.

Now “DANCE” is coming on Obsess, which is his own label, meaning nobody told him what it had to sound like. That is four things moving at once from someone who explains almost none of it.
